13. HOW TO USE

• Clean your hands/ applicator with running water
• Find a comfortable position and insert the capsule into your vagina
• Rinse your hands/ applicator after
• The Boric Acid capsule dissolves so you do not need to worry about removing it later

NOTE:
For recurrent vaginal infections use 7 Boric Acid capsules. Use one capsule daily for 7 days
For normal pH balancing use one Boric Acid capsule two days after your period / Use one capsule immediately after sex or after menstruation
